Although each business has its own identity and area of expertise, they all share the same commitment to professionalism, customer service and delivering practical solutions to often complex property-related challenges.
My role involves supporting the strategic direction, operational performance and continued development of these businesses, helping them grow while maintaining the high standards expected by our customers and business partners.
Concept Claim Solutions
Concept Claim Solutions is one of the UK's leading networks of professional loss assessors, supporting homeowners and businesses following property damage caused by events such as escape of water, fire, flood, storm and impact.
The business represents policyholders throughout the insurance claims process, helping to ensure claims are managed professionally from initial notification through to settlement and reinstatement.
My involvement includes operational leadership, franchise development, regulatory compliance, strategic planning and supporting the continued growth of the nationwide franchise network.
Track A Leak
Track A Leak is a specialist leak detection business providing non-invasive solutions to locate hidden water leaks within residential and commercial properties.
Using advanced technology and experienced technicians, the business helps customers identify the source of leaks quickly, reducing unnecessary damage and avoiding costly exploratory works.
I have been closely involved in the development of the business, supporting its operational structure, franchise model, systems and long-term growth strategy.
Surface Medic
Surface Medic is a specialist cosmetic repair business providing high-quality repairs to damaged hard surfaces, offering a sustainable and cost-effective alternative to replacement.
Operating through a nationwide franchise network, Surface Medic restores a wide variety of surfaces including kitchens, bathrooms, worktops, doors, flooring, brick, stone, UPVC and many other materials for homeowners, insurers, house builders and commercial clients.
My role includes supporting the operational development of the franchise network, business strategy, service delivery and continued growth of the brand.
Service Solutions Group
Service Solutions Group brings together a portfolio of complementary businesses operating within the property insurance, repairs and specialist property services sectors.
By combining expertise across claims management, leak detection, cosmetic repairs and operational support, the Group is able to deliver integrated solutions that benefit customers, insurers and commercial partners alike.
As Group Operations Director, I help oversee operational performance across the Group, working with colleagues to improve systems, support growth, maintain regulatory compliance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
