  • Change & Project Management

    I have extensive experience from setting up a new service or business from scratch, to streamlining existing processes or downsizing a business. I have delivered multiple projects that have included the role out of new IT platforms across over 100 sites, integrating business processes across multiple organisations for improved efficiencies and obtained industry accreditions including ISO9001:2015.

  • Insurance Claims Management

    Throughout my career I have been involved with insurance claims in some way, shape or form. I have experience from the broking perspective through to loss assessing and loss adjusting. I have implemented large scale projects to handle 10,000+ domestic & commercial property claims PA from FNOL to settlement for a large retail broker. I have set up TPA and loss adjusting functions across multiple sites on behalf of MGA’s and underwriters.

  • Franchise Recruitment & Operations

    Since 2002 I have been involved in the franchise industry as a franchisor. I have set up and launched 2 significant franchise brands and provided guidance and assistance to others. I have drafted Operations Manuals, Franchise Agreements and training material and have personally recruited over 100 frachisees into these networks.

  • Supply Chain Management

    Through my involvement with the insurance industry I have built supply chains to service claims - this has included the creation and management of several building repair networks, contents suppliers and specialist restoration firms. I have also created national kitchen and bathroom installation teams for high street retailers including Homebase, John Lewis and B&Q.

  • Team Building & Management

    In all of my senior roles buliding a cohesive and focussed team has always been at the core of what I do. It is working collaboratively with all members of an organisation from the bottom up that delivers great results.

  • Marketing & Brand Recognition

    From copy writing to managing PPC campaigns I have a working knowldege of both B2B & B2C marketing. In the early 2000’s I managed a budget in excess of £2M for advertising across the printed directories (Yellow Pages/Thomsons). I have managed web based lead generation projects (including social media) from small local campaigns to National level. I have written features and promoted businesses through various trade publications including What Franchise, Elite Magazine, The Insurance Times and The Insurance Post.
