For more than twenty years I have worked within the property insurance and business services sectors, helping organisations improve operational performance, support customers through complex property insurance claims and build successful franchise businesses.

Today I am the Group Operations Director of Insurance Solutions Group, where I oversee operations across a portfolio of specialist businesses working in property claims, repairs and related services.

Throughout my career I have been passionate about building strong teams, developing effective systems and delivering excellent customer experiences. My work combines strategic planning with day-to-day operational management, supporting colleagues, franchisees and business partners to achieve sustainable long-term growth.

I have a particular interest in improving business processes, embracing new technologies and identifying practical ways to make organisations more efficient without losing sight of the people they serve.
